The name True Yankee Blog comes from how the NY Media bashes new acquisitions, mainly ARod, and compares them to lesser players from the past that were considered “True Yankees.” It is the dumbest media phenomena ever. All of these hack columnists pining for Scott Brosius is truely laughable. Anyone who seriously uses the phrase “True Yankee” is clinically insane and needs to be locked away. No seriously, every player who wears Yankee pinstripes is a Yankee. Why is this so hard to understand?
